Postage is FREE for all orders over £25 (before delivery).
Standard Delivery
- Orders under £25 and weighing up to 321g – £2.00 per order
- Orders under £25 and weighing over 322g – £3.30 per order
We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked service for all orders and may require a signature upon receipt of the delivery.
You will receive an email upon dispatch, and a tracking number to help track your order.
Our goal is to dispatch all customer orders within 2 working days of receiving them at our Roastery. We require 2 working days as all orders are roasted fresh to order.
During peak mail order periods like Christmas and Easter we may need a little bit more time, although our team will do everything possible to get your order roasted and shipped as soon as possible.
Subscription & Coffee Club Deliveries
We aim to freshly roast and dispatch all orders within 48 working hours of receiving them. During peak order periods like Christmas and Easter, we may need a little more time, although we will keep you informed and do everything possible to ship your order on time.
All Subscriptions and Coffee Club orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
You will receive an email upon dispatch, and a tracking number to help track your order.
If there are any changes to your order we will notify you by email – keeping you informed every step of the way.
